Great food in the restaurant and very friendly. The pool and hot tub was very clean and nice. The hotel was close to Disneyland. The atmosphere was cool.

We chose to stay here for my son’s birthday. Location was great and the fact they had a shuttle to Disneyland was cool too. Upon check-in I was told there was a $200 deposit(I wasn’t aware, I thought it was $100). They ended up taking a deposit of $250, which I didn’t notice until later. We had some family stop by for a few hours to celebrate with us and have a slice of cake. My sister had brought her 9lb dog in a backpack. We were by the pool most of the time but since we were all occupied in the pool, my sister decided to take her dog with her to get changed in the room so she could join us in the pool. Because she walked into our room with the dog in her backpack, she never took her out to roam the room, we were charged another $230-something dollars for that. This was an expense I did not see happening. I thought it was a bit unfair. I understand if the dog was staying with us, by all means charge our room. But to walk in and be in there for maybe 2 mins and STILL charge us? That’s unreasonable. I was getting a bunch of notifications from my bank saying the hotel was trying to charge us multiple times for different amounts, I got nervous(I didn’t know about the pet charge yet, no one called me). My card ended up getting locked for security purposes. My dad and husband went to see what was going on. They came back devastated because after speaking to the manager who told them “I wish there was something I could do”, they had to pay the pet fee. I understand policy but to really charge that amount for just a few mins in the room seemed ridiculous. There was no understanding, no sympathy. We did everything we could to make this Disney trip happen for our son and this stay took more out of our pockets than we had anticipated. I do have to mention the staff was helpful with our car situation but we struggled after paying that pet fee.

I was very impressed with the whole hotel. Our room was very spacious and clean. We walked around the hotel to see what was what. Everything was very clean and beautiful We dined at the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. All the staff from the host to our waiter was very nice and friendly and also helpful

The location couldn't have been any better, and just a short distance either by foot or the provided shuttle. In regards to the shuttle, they are on time at both the hotel and Disneyland Park. We never had to wait around for longer than 5-10 minutes before it showed up. As far as the hotel itself, it is extremely cute, and clean! The staff is friendly, and the food at the hotel restaurant is amazing! We had the breakfast buffet one morning, then came back from the park to have a delicious salmon dinner. .... and before I forget, they do let you keep your car in the lot after check-out! I was told I could leave it until 11pm after check-out so we could enjoy the park and not worry about finding parking at Disneyland/paying additional fees. Overall, we would gladly stay again!
